VRC Community NFP ("we") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information this website collects and how we use it.

What we collect

• Email you send us. If you email us, we receive your name, email address and whatever you include in your message.
• Donations. Online gifts are processed by Givebutter, and its privacy policy applies there. We receive your name, contact details and gift information to thank you and send receipts. If you give by check or cash, we keep a record of your gift for the same reasons.
• Basic server logs. Our web host keeps standard logs, such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, to keep the site secure and working.

This website does not use advertising, tracking cookies or analytics.

How we use it

• To answer your questions and coordinate volunteering, partnerships and programs.
• To acknowledge donations and send tax receipts.
• To meet our legal and financial reporting obligations.

We do not sell, rent or trade your information.

Photos of young people

We only share photos of minors with written consent from a parent or guardian, and we do not publish a child's full name next to their photo. To ask us to remove a photo, email vrc.community.nfp@gmail.com.

Links to other sites

This site links to Givebutter and to the website of Venados Run Club, a separate organization. Their own privacy policies apply when you visit them.
